(Colombo-Lankapuvath) Popular school admission cut-off marks of the Grade 5 scholarship examination will be released shortly, the Education Ministry said.
The results were released yesterday by the Examinations Department and in a surprise move three students from outstations gained highest marks.
Colombo schools which dominated the scene earlier were pushed to the walls by schools in rural areas like Mathugama, Kalutara and Kekirawa.
The Examination Department yesterday (15) released the cut off marks at districts basis.
