(Colombo-Lankapuvath)President Mahinda Rajapaksa is being shown a replica of an electric fence that prevents elephants from encroaching human habitats at the Deyata Kirula exhibition on Saturday(4) by Youth Affairs Minister Dallas Alahapperuma.
The minister seems to explain how elephants approach human habitats and how the fence would prevent them. With many 'elephants' having jumped to his side,the President seems to be wondering whether a 'baby elephant' was also trying to do a 'High Jump' to his side(Picture by Sudath Silva)
